How to read a row
This is a sample row. The player and the numbers are made up, but the NBA board builds every row this way. Each number answers one question, and each one shows how it was worked out. If you cannot say how a number was built, do not use it.

The baseline projection minus the posted line. The projection is a recency-weighted average of public box scores with no error bars, so read the edge as arithmetic, not a forecast.
