Terms of service

Last updated October 9, 2026.

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Parlay Capital LLC. They cover Parlay Capital subscription content (picks, strategy, community, entertainment) delivered through Whop, and they cover ParlayCapital Terminal, the research board on this website. If you subscribe or use this site, you agree to these terms.

The first time you sign in, and again after an important change to these terms, we ask you to confirm your age and agree to these terms and the privacy policy before you open the board.

Section 17 sends most disputes to binding arbitration, not to court. You give up a jury trial and a class action. You can still use small claims court, and you can opt out of arbitration within 30 days. Read it before you agree.

ParlayCapital Terminal

This part is about the ParlayCapital Terminal web app. The rest of these terms still apply. If this part is stricter, this part wins for the board.

  • ParlayCapital Terminal is a research tool for education and entertainment. It shows player-prop lines, hit rates, context, and prices, with the working visible so you can check the numbers yourself. It is not a sportsbook. It does not take bets. It does not place bets for you.
  • You must be 21+ or of legal age for sports betting where you live to use ParlayCapital Terminal and this website.
  • You log in with Whop. During the open beta we check that the Whop account is a member of the Parlay Capital community. After the beta we check that it holds the right plan. We do not issue our own logins.
  • During the open beta ParlayCapital Terminal is free to members of the Parlay Capital Whop community. The beta can end or change at any time. The beta does not turn into a paid plan by itself. You pay only if you choose a paid plan in Whop.
  • Odds, projections, hit rates, and injury notes can be late, incomplete, or wrong. During the open beta, some prices on the board can be sample prices for testing, not prices a sportsbook posted. Nothing on the board is betting advice. Nothing is guaranteed. Check every number at your book before you bet.
  • The slip is a scratch pad on this device. Building a slip is not placing a bet.
  • You may not scrape, resell, or copy the board or its feeds. One person per Whop account.

1. What we offer

Parlay Capital LLC sells subscription content (sports betting picks, strategy, entertainment) through Whop, and offers ParlayCapital Terminal as a research tool. We are not a sportsbook. We do not take or place bets. Everything here is for information, education, and entertainment. It is not betting, financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Who can use this

You must be 21+ or of legal age for sports betting where you live. Sports betting is legal only in some states, and it is not legal in California. Pick’em contests and prediction markets are also not legal in every state. Never use this site to place a bet, enter a contest, or make a trade where that is illegal. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

3. No promise of results

We do not promise that picks, insights, odds, projections, or hit rates are accurate, or that they will win, or that you will make money. Past results, hit rates, and trends do not predict future results. You use this at your own risk. Betting can lose money and may not be legal where you are. This is general content, not advice for you personally.

4. Data from other companies

Odds, lines, box scores, injury reports, and schedules come from other companies. They can be late, incomplete, or wrong, and a line can move or come down at any time. We do not control those sources. Always check the line and the price with the sportsbook before you bet. We are not responsible for a bet you place on a number shown here.

5. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook, pick’em app, prediction market, league, team, player, or data provider. Their names, abbreviations, colors, logos, and marks belong to their owners. We show them only to identify them. The player jerseys and team badges on the site are our own simple drawings, not official uniforms or logos.

6. Payment through Whop

All payments, subscriptions, and renewals go through Whop. By subscribing you also agree to Whop’s Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) and Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Those cover how billing starts, billing cycles, saved cards, and renewals.

Whop processes payment for Parlay Capital LLC. We do not handle or store your card details.

Questions and disputes about a charge, a renewal, or a refund go to Whop, under Whop’s terms.

7. No refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. That includes one-time fees, monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans, and auto-renewed billing.

We will not refund you because you did not like the content, did not use the time left on a plan, or forgot to cancel.

If you reverse or dispute a valid charge without contacting Whop or us first, we may close your account and block you from coming back. By subscribing, you accept this no-refund rule.

This section does not take away any refund right that the law gives you.

8. Managing your subscription

Upgrades, cancellations, and billing details are handled in your Whop account. Your plan renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in Whop before your renewal date. Parlay Capital is not responsible if you miss a cancel. No refunds for failing to cancel in time.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your Whop dashboard. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle, and we will not charge you again unless you sign back up. Canceling does not get you money back for unused time.

10. How you use the service

By using the service, you agree not to:

  • share your login or let another person use your account;
  • resell, share, or give away our content;
  • scrape, crawl, or copy the board or its data, by hand or with bots, scripts, or other automated tools;
  • get around, test, or overload our rate limits, access controls, or security;
  • disrupt or interfere with the site, its servers, or other members;
  • exploit or reverse engineer the platform;
  • use the service to place or take a bet where that is illegal, or for anything else illegal.

If you break this, we may close your account right away with no refund.

11. Our content

Text, branding, logos, picks, community material, and tools under Parlay Capital stay the property of Parlay Capital LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable, limited license to use the content during your subscription only.

You may not:

  • copy, distribute, or reproduce content;
  • change it or make new works from it;
  • use any of it for a business or for someone else.

12. No warranties

Parlay Capital LLC provides the service and its content as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Parlay Capital LLC is not liable to you for any claim about the service, and our total liability is $0. That includes money you lose betting, betting results, lost profits, lost data, downtime, choices you make based on our content, and any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You use the service at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for fraud, for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, or for breaking the law.

14. Your responsibility for claims

If someone brings a claim against Parlay Capital LLC because you broke these terms, broke the law, or misused the service, you agree to defend us and to pay the costs of that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

15. Changes

We can change or drop any part of the service, and we can update these terms. When we update them, we change the date at the top of this page and tell members in the Parlay Capital Discord before the new terms apply. Before you open the board again, we ask you to agree to the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel your plan. A change to these terms does not apply to a dispute that started before the change.

16. Ending access

We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms or misuse the platform. That can happen without notice or a refund. Access to content, ParlayCapital Terminal, and community features stops right away.

17. Disputes, arbitration, and California law

These terms follow California law, without its conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

  • Talk to us first. Before you start a claim, email theparlaycapital@gmail.com with your Whop account, the problem, and what you want. We do the same before we start a claim against you. If it is not settled in 30 days, either side can go ahead.
  • Small claims court. Either side can take an individual claim to small claims court instead, if the claim qualifies there.
  • Arbitration. Any other dispute about these terms or the service goes to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator. There is no judge or jury. The hearing is by video or phone, or in person in the county where you live. You pay no more than the AAA’s consumer filing fee. We pay the rest of the AAA’s fees, and we pay them on time. The arbitrator can give you the same relief on your own claim that a court could.
  • No class actions. You and we bring claims only for ourselves, never as a class or as a representative of others. An arbitrator cannot combine claims of different people unless both sides agree.
  • Public injunctive relief. Nothing here takes away your right under California law to ask for public injunctive relief, a court order that protects the public. A court decides that request after the arbitration of the individual claims ends.
  • Opt out. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days after you first agree to this version of the terms. Email theparlaycapital@gmail.com with your Whop account and the words “I opt out of arbitration.” Opting out changes nothing else in these terms.
  • Courts. A dispute that does not go to arbitration goes to a state or federal court in Los Angeles County, California, or in the county where you live.
  • If part of this section fails. If a court decides that the class-action waiver cannot apply to a claim, that claim goes to court, not to arbitration. The rest of this section still applies.

18. General terms

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term at once, we do not give it up. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. You may not transfer your account or these terms. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the service. Sections 3, 4, 11 to 14, and 17 still apply after your access ends.

19. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on this site copies your work without permission, email theparlaycapital@gmail.com with:

  • your name and how to reach you;
  • the work you say was copied;
  • where it appears on this site (the page address);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed by you, your agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or may act for the owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

20. Privacy

Parlay Capital LLC does not process or store your card data. All payment info goes through Whop. How ParlayCapital Terminal handles the session cookie, saved filters, and related data is in our privacy policy. Whop’s practices are in Whop’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
